Teaching an audio export comparison

How do you document a generated theme when several people need to approve the same podcast intro? We are planning a shared folder where the original export stays easy to identify. I want the receiving editor to understand each revision without having to reconstruct the conversation. I came across suno fix while collecting references for the discussion. My proposed note includes the source format, export settings, and the section under discussion. Would you keep a separate change log beside the audio files? I think approval should name a specific version because later exports may contain different edits. We have not settled on a processing tool or assumed that any particular change will help. A dated note about who prepared each file would also help us resolve questions during the final approval stage. I would appreciate examples of concise handoff notes that have worked for other small teams.
